Use the same item names in both labs. Keep every quantity linked to its source, then choose which source supplies the final quantity.
Takeoff register
Use Add to takeoff register in Drawing Lab → Totals or Model Lab → Model data → Quantities. References sent more than once are counted once when their values agree. Older shared file versions are flagged for review.
Start by measuring a drawing or opening an IFC model, then add an item group to this register.
Optional estimate · your unit rates
Rates apply to the displayed unit. Blank rates mean no estimate. Totals exclude unresolved items and missing rates; currencies are kept separate.
