Review mission
Open a model to start a guided review.
Open each tool, review the model, then check Reviewed yourself. Return here with Mission to keep going.
Your review record is ready. Download the summary or include it in your review package.
Progress tracks the checklist steps you mark reviewed. Team element notes are shared separately.
Element tree
Open a model to browse its elements.
Checkboxes control visibility. Names select elements. Section cuts and isolation can also hide checked elements.
Model tools
Section & display tools
Visual section only. Cut surfaces are open.

Original model details
Original names and values are retained from the source model.
Choose an element in the tree or click the model. Drag to rotate; scroll to zoom; right-drag to pan.

Notes stay in this tab and do not change the IFC. Download them before closing or refreshing. IFC downloads include IFC identifiers; GLB notes use mesh numbers for this exact file.
Model data
Model summary
Counts, model structure and material definitions. Use the tabs above for checks, quantities, version comparison, model questions and review downloads.
Open a model to see its summary.
These are model-reported values, not a verified quantity takeoff, bill of materials, or life-cycle assessment.
Open a model to run information checks.
Open a model to explore quantities.
Reads directly assigned IFC quantity sets. Values are converted to m, m², m³, kg or s where units can be resolved. Missing, invalid and conflicting quantities are not estimated. Type quantities and property-set dimensions are outside this reader.
Totals keep IFC classes, quantity sets, measurement methods and quantity names separate. Gross and net values may overlap. Counts are element records, not material pieces. This is not a verified takeoff or bill of materials.
Connect IFC counts and reported quantities to your 2D takeoff. Choose the final source in the register.
Compare IFC versions
The open model is the current version. Choose an earlier IFC as the baseline. Both files stay in this browser. Comparison needs additional memory; start with smaller models.
Pairs elements by unique IFC GlobalId. Checks names, classes, named materials, directly assigned quantities and geometry data at approximately 0.1 mm precision. Other properties and relationships are outside scope. Re-exporting or changed tessellation may be flagged. This is not a clash or design compliance check.
Ask the model
Supported local queries about IFC records, including hidden elements. No AI service or account is needed. Names and materials are read as provided; missing data is not inferred.
Examples and supported queries
Use walls, doors, windows, slabs, roofs, beams, columns, members or stairs. Ask for missing material, name or identifier. Find element #123, find name "exact name", or show elements with material "Steel". Total length, area, volume or mass uses reported IFC quantities and keeps separate definitions apart.
Download a review package
Bundle saved notes, model summary, information checks, all reported quantities and up to six captured views in a ZIP. Your latest comparison and personal mission record are included when available. The original IFC is not included.
Save note edits first. If no view is saved, the download captures the current view when geometry is available. Extract the ZIP and open index.html to read it offline. Downloads are limited to 64 MB. Saved views reset when opening another model and are lost on refresh; download before leaving.
